Really liked that once the property was under offer we had a negotiator, Lucy, that ‘drove’ the sale through to completion. Definitely recommend Savills.

Although a very trying time for house sales they continued to push and support and in the end succeed in selling my house. 6th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)Although buying a house is an exciting time, it also is nerve wracking and stressful. I can’t overstate what a difference the Keswick PFK staff made to my recent purchase. Their service is so much more than directing to sales particulars and arranging viewings. From negotiation and offers through to exchange and completion they have been responsive, attentive and gone above and beyond to help the process. Very impressed by this, their efficiency and their knowledge of each house and the locality.

What actually cemented my decision to use them is their valuation and property advisor Gemma, who has all the skill and expertise not only to value the property and advise but also the professional attitude needed to put my mind at ease about selling and buying a new property. Gemma took me through the whole platform from beginning to end even though she is not involved with everything. 15th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)Failed to turn up to a pre arranged viewing to which I had travelled 190 miles to attend, they blamed this on their systems not the users, To make matters worse they valued the house at initially £1.15m and then reduced in to £850k. Even without an internal viewing I could tell the house house had such roof and structural issues that it probably needed knocking down. Which as a building plot resuklted in a vaue of £400k. Avoid this agency.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Communication was excellent throughout, and any issues on any side of the chain were dealt with quickly, calmly and effectively. Moving home is often described as one of life’s most stressful experiences, but Stewart genuinely took the stress out of it for us. It was a real pleasure to work with someone so professional, proactive and reassuring — we always felt confident knowing everything was in safe hands and that Stewart had complete command over proceedings.
