7th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Big thanks to the very efficient team at Savills Wilmslow. Found our beautiful home with them back in September and considering we were in a chained position, we were able to complete and move in by the end of January, right before going away on holiday. This was a major relief for us as it meant we were able to go away completely stress free from a pending move and were able to toast several times, throughly enjoying the holiday! Don't think it could have happened that way if it wasn't for the promptness and efficiency of the team, especially from Tamar. Will happily recommend and consider using them again in the future.

27th Jul 2023 (8 mo. ago)From the first contact with Andrew, through to the completion, the whole team at Milne Moser have been so supportive. They always returned calls, kept us informed of any developments as they happened, took care of viewings, the whole package. We initially chose them because they were the agents that sold us the property and we were taken with their professionalism and it stuck. So glad that their attention to detail is as good as we remembered. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. Top notch team all round.

Their eye for detail when taking the advertising photographs and the research they put into the writing of the property description were second to none. Leah and the rest of the staff in the office were always on the end of the phone when needed and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend Hayward Todd to anyone wishing to sell their property. Kind Regards Will Kemp

30th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Had the absolute worst experience with Sutton Kersh - avoid!! I was purchasing my first house through them and it took around 28 weeks to get the keys from when my offer was accepted. I felt like I constantly had to chase them and was never given an update, I feel like I was always having to offer up potential solutions, the manager was always condescending probably because I’m young/a first time buyer. I was consistently told “it’s just a lengthy process” and 26 weeks into the sale the manager told me “there’s nothing anyone in this office can do for you” - even though at this point the seller and their solicitor had made the case a priority as it has been going on for so long. Once I was told to wait till the end of the week for an update, called back and the manager simply said “no, nothing in the inbox” and I had to ask if she was going to do anything about it or if she was just going to sit and wait potentially several more weeks for a response, she wasn’t very willing to help unless pressed and I feel like her attitude and overall level of service were shockingly bad, I couldn’t believe that she was the manager. After the sale, the seller was reimbursing something their solicitor was meant to pay for but mine charged me for, I sent an email about this to ask them to contact the seller and I never heard back, they didn’t care once the sale was through. However, on the other hand, months into the sale my case was handed over to Mary Kate and she was amazing, her personally I would give 5 stars to. I called so many times and sent so many emails and she was always happy to help and seems like she actually did her job in chasing the seller and trying to get the sale through, rather than just sitting back waiting for a response and hoping something would change. She never made me feel like I was being unreasonable by calling for an update and never minimised the situation, in all honestly think she would be a much better manager.

They have been more than amazing and have dealt with all viewings and communicated to me throughout every process. They have been absolutely above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. A big thank you to Nicola & chloe who I worked with closely during the sale. However, every member of staff have been outstanding.

4th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Absolute rubbish service. Phone and called to enquire about renting a property they put onto Rightmove this morning. The company told me to wait and they would ring me back. I missed the call due to work. 5 minutes after I called them back they denied having the property and I told them I saw it on rightmove. When I said not to worry, that I would call someone else she just said “thank you” in a very rude way. I don’t recommend dealing with this company at all. Very fake and rude.

28th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)Communication with Hunters was almost impossible, we could never get through to them on the telephone. Calls were never returned when messages were left and when we did get through to them, they were surely in their attitude. No suggestions were made as to what actions could be taken to get the property sold. In the end we got rid of them.

If you rent from Northwood take your time and go through everything that seems not right (although you might risk to "lose" the property you're interested in, if you complain too much) Keep everything email documented.

20th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)PFK have worked as a close-knit team, able to answer questions, instigate viewings, take pro-active decisions and actions to ensure that they have achieved excellent results. A hardworking team, all ready and able to take away the hassle and stress often associated with house selling. They are all undaunted with the problems of selling our house, actively searching for appropriate buyers and weeding out those who are not relevant, as well as aging the best price. We cannot mark them less than excellent.
23rd May 2022 (1 year ago)House was priced too high to start with so had to lower the asking price within 2 weeks and in the 5 weeks we had the house on the market with them we had no interest what so ever whereas other properties on our street were sold within 3 weeks when they were listed with a different estate agent.

(20 reviews)1st Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Hands down the most horrendous experience... the old chap couldn't even be bothered to get out of his car to show us around the property, so unacceptable. When we asked him to drag himself out of his car and open the back door of the property, it was met with no enthusiasm at all. He couldn't answer any of my questions about the property either. I remember when Ross' was such a brilliant estate agents, the ladies in the office were always so professional and happy to help, seems like customer experience isn't at the heart of their practise anymore. Following an unreturned phone call from the agency, regarding an offer. After an hour of waiting i called back, the snotty agent who I spoke to was rude, standoffish and condescending, she told me that she couldn't help as the person who was handling the sale wasn't in and I'd have to wait until tomorrow! I wanted to make an offer on a property...Really?? Wow!! Stay away....
29th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)We chose Houseclub for our house sale after obtaining quotes from a few estate agents in the area. We were selling our first home and it was actually John who was the estate agent when we originally bought the property around 12 years ago. He worked for another firm then but we had always remembered him and the fantastic service we received which was one of the factors for choosing Houseclub. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and the assistance of a number of staff at Houseclub in relation to the sale and also viewings of other properties whilst we were choosing our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Houseclub to friends and family who are looking to sell.

They kept in regular touch with us re the progress of our sale and offers. Overall an amazing home move experience and I would recommend Momo without any reservations. A five star overall experience!
