It was a difficult sale, and a quite e few issues cropped up during the process. When things cropped up, the response from Andy and Caz was always fantastic. They made sure that things were dealt with quickly and professionally. They kept their fingers on the pulse, and made sure that we were always well informed. When anyone in the process was dragging their feet, Andy or Caz intervened immediately and got things moving again. The friendliness and professionalism that they showed was terrific, and they made us feel that we were friends as well as clients. We know for certain that no other estate agent would have done so much for us. We recommend them wholeheartedly, and would use them again in an instant.

Guy Owen in the building surveying team was very professional and responsive throughout, providing us with a detailed report and offering advice in a timely manner. We had a negative time with the previous agents and things just changed massively when we moved to Property Shop. From valuation, to all the viewings and the amazing customer service provided by Beth. We were always kept updated and i genuinely felt Beth wanted the best for us, she was always available to answer questions and always kept us in the loop, she is a real trooper and so friendly & polite. The same goes for the other staff and also Natalie in completions, always friendly and efficient, nothing ever too much trouble. The staff are a credit to this place. We have been so happy from start to finish! Thank you x
