Her genuine approach to estate agency makes the stressful process of flat hunting a whole lot easier. I would highly recommend Lydia, particularly if you are new to the London property market and would like to see a large selection before making a decision.

12th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)KFH were great. We worked mainly with Lynden to find and secure a flat. Lynden was great all the way from arranging the viewings to getting us the flat to helping us settle in. He was super helpful and responsive as our main KFH rep.
6th Feb 2026 (10 weeks ago)They will not stop emailing me despite asking multiple staff to remove my details from their lists, and blocking multiple email addresses of theirs. I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.
