Adrienne was very helpful with her valuation of our property as she assessed the property in detail and supported us with selling and buying our property. Very satisfied with the service from the whole team throughout. We would definitely select Fine & Country again in the future.
12th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)No communication. I needed to ring to get any updates one viewing in 6 months. Shop only open till lunchtime on a Saturday. Went 3 times to speak with them, on a Saturday and the shop was closed. Before lunchtime reduced price one week later went into the shop to tell them that the property was still full price in their window. paid nearly £900. For pictures and one media post on rightmove. So not good value for money.which I cant get anything back I needed to ask for my contract which they emailed to me after six months,to find out that no money would be given back not told this when I signed. Property does not sell its self need a good agent to push your property and tell you full details before you sign agreement.

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

7th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)We tried to buy a commercial site next to our factory in Bishop Auckland, some dodgy dealing and back handers with Chris Farlow must have happened as we offered £750K which was turned down and the site sold for 695K. the purchaser and ourself were in the same position (cash buyers) apparently the previous owner wanted someone who could rent the site...??? We had no other option to rent it and signed a lease for 10years but to this day it baffles me why an agent would sell for less and not try to get the best price for their clients? Can you smell a rat??? Carver will carve your selling price!! do not use them

I never imagined an estate agent would be so helpful in every area of selling my house; and my expectations are high. The cost was less than half everyone else quoted me.

13th Feb 2024 (14 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.
