Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

17th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)The valuation was great, the woman was lovely and photos were excellent. The communication stopped after a few weeks. The house was listed with 2 agents, when I did a viewing with the other party they said about how they'd tried to contact holbrooks and couldn't get through. I received a call about a viewing after no contact for weeks and told them the there had been an offer on the house and was sols stc, the woman rudely said you could have told us. I would have if there had been any contact! Overall wouldn't recommend them.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We tried to buy a commercial site next to our factory in Bishop Auckland, some dodgy dealing and back handers with Chris Farlow must have happened as we offered £750K which was turned down and the site sold for 695K. the purchaser and ourself were in the same position (cash buyers) apparently the previous owner wanted someone who could rent the site...??? We had no other option to rent it and signed a lease for 10years but to this day it baffles me why an agent would sell for less and not try to get the best price for their clients? Joanna has been so incredibly helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the service, in a world where so many companies really fall short in this area, Jorys estates are one of the few who go the extra mile and will do anything to help their customers. They’ve made the whole experience so much more enjoyable and easy. I’d highly recommend working with them!
