Clear and timely communication is key in any professional service, and the absence of even a brief acknowledgement was disappointing. This experience did not inspire confidence and suggests there may be issues with their communication processes.
7th Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)I was upset selling my forever house.But after my husband died I did not manage on my own as lam disabled. All of the girls working at Irving’s Were very kind to me and advised me on several small problems.They sold the house the first day it was put on the market.I went to them right through the sale rather than the solicitors I am now living next door to my son ,my daughter also lives not far away,so lamvery happy.We all have sold houses and we all agree this was the least problematic, due to Irvings

2nd Jan 2026 (5 weeks ago)Be warned this company is really bad takes deposits and makes excuses up not to proceed and to keep holding deposits along with taking a deposit and when partner admitted she had previous credit issues they tried to say it was not declared when it was and have proof of this. I will be doing full media coverage about this company on tiktok and Facebook so I will upload all proof what I am saying and then you will know not to use Drummonds at all if you are a Tennant or a landlord. I will update a link later today to show evidence and full correspondence from colin drummond of Billingham. Thanks for reading

2nd Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Very impressed with time keeping and overall process. The only small issue was that I asked for no FOR SALE board on the property. One appeared. I asked for it to be removed. After a few days it was taken away, but leaving rawl plugs in the stone wall near the front door.

The house was clean, neighbourhood is calm annd peaceful. It was amazing dealing with acorn letting and sales and the landlord as well. Prompt response to issues mostly regarding repairs. Highly recommended

25th Sep 2025 (20 weeks ago)Having a house with langdales estate and letting has been a nightmare of my life not only did they promise me things that never went through they made me pay for rat infestation problems never sent no one out for fixtures and when they did it was bodge jobs everywhere absolutely disgusting. Ceiling was falling through lucky it never while I was there after I reported it constantly which I have proof for. Had to watch my home turn worse beach’s I refused to have to do everything with estate agents who were ignorant untill paying rent

5th Sep 2025 (22 weeks ago)I have been a tenant under Everbest for a year and they have been incredibly helpful throughout the course of my tenancy. In the beginning they ensured a smooth transition into the property and were massively helpful in preparing it and ensuring we were happy. If there was ever a problem it was very easy to contact a member of the team and they always responded in a timely, respectful and judicious manner. I had no problems at all with Everbest and recommend them to anyone.

30th Jan 2026 (10 days ago)We bought our house through Paul and moved in just after Christmas. If we were to sell, we would be more than happy to go with him, as we could see that he looked after our seller, but was just as fair with us as the buyer! He was honest and upfront from day one and there were no games - which is refreshing when you’re buying or selling a house. Especially helpful when you’re doing both at the same time! This meant that we could make well informed and quick decisions without worrying about losing time or money, and get on with the process quickly. The deal was done and there was no back and forth or being messed about on either side. Communication was instant at all times, and he was the go between for both sides, as our sellers had already moved from the area. The level three survey we had done found an issue with the roof that was not obvious or visible at all and which our sellers had no idea about. Paul helped both sides handle that smoothly despite it being the middle of winter when we had snow, rain and wind. A repair was done that went above and beyond, and we were sent photos and videos which reassured us, and he exchanged messages between both sides. We first saw Paul on one of his YouTube videos and didn’t really know what to think! In real life he is much taller (!) and is just as friendly. Paul and his team are professional, plain talking and really good to work with. If you like a personal service, like to be organised and need people who do what they say they will, you’ll absolutely love using his services.
