Terrible details and photographs, a child could do better. Office never open. Learnt after the property was sold that she never contacted the first people who had put in an offer to give them chance to come back with an increased offer. Website should have been a warning not to list with her as its appalling. Not sure how she is still trading!... Read more

I have just had a building survey completed by Monk and Partners. It was very thorough and clear, with photos to illustrate the information. I found it very useful as a first time buyer.
