Mike is very knowledgeable and has a great team working behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly. Communication is excellent and there is just a really nice feel about the whole process - no sales spiel - just great value for money and a knowledgeable local service!

Dave has been very friendly and helpful from the point of valuing my property through to putting it on the market, and Sue has always responded quickly to any queries I’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
