We found this company through a google search. We called up and spoke with Gennie who was very helpful and recommended James Goodman as we needed a surveyor for a split title deeds survey. James came out to meet us, he was punctual, smartly dressed and very professional. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgable, offering lots of advice and ideas in how best to move forward for us in a unique situation. James put us at ease making the whole process from start to finish an easy, smooth transition and all done in great time! I honestly can't praise the help, guidance and ongoing support I had from Shipways property management during a very rare issue for any of the team to comprehend managing. The case was very complex in regards to getting the issue rectified immediately. It was a case of bats in the loft, a new boiler needed but laws having to be adeared to. Tom at property management was so supportive throughout the whole 2 month saga that comes with 'bat conservation' laws and a protective species. He was a constant throughout it all. Checking in, apologetic although it was an issue out of his, mine or the landlords hands. He bridged a gap between authorities outside of the usual duties, to make sure the situation was dealt with as soon as possible, for all parties involved.
