23rd Aug 2026 (22 days ago)If you want a quiet life, don't live anywhere near to a property this company owns and rents out. Their tenants do what they want, when they want with loud music, drive and garden looking like a scrapyard, lighting fires, regardless of whose windows are open or washing is out and generally treating any area they cant see like a tip. You get no reply to a complaint and they actually seem frightened of their own tenants

21st Aug 2023 (3 years ago)I've been renting with Alberly Tyson for two and a half years. I'm currently coming to the end of the tenancy with Alberly Tyson, The staff have always been friendly, polite and professional. Alberly Tyson was supportive through both the moving-in period and the moving-out period, Giving us clear instructions on what we need to do throughout the process. I would definitely use again or recommend to a friend.
1st Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)We had a good experience during most of our tenancy, including multiple inspections throughout with no issues raised at the time. However, the end of tenancy process was very stressful. Communication became difficult, and there appeared to be inconsistencies in instructions and handling between staff, which made things confusing. There were several disputes regarding deductions from the deposit, and overall the process felt unnecessarily strict, with some points felt disproportionate. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photos, and written confirmation of any instructions throughout the tenancy.

They offered to put the house up for sale at the price 30K higher than Frank Innes and Haart suggested, and did sell the house for the asking price. Michael Sahota was very helpful and professional, and always replied to email promptly.
7th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Found it difficult to get in touch with them, not open on Saturdays. Did not let me know what people who viewed the property thought of it.
10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Have been a customer of Pigott and Hall for well over 15yrs, both as landlord and with property transactions. They have always been professional and helpful to ourselves and our tenants. Following experiences with a variety of agents they have been a breath of fresh air.
19th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)We've had a fantastic experience using the "Home Away" Company to rent a house.We recently moved to the UK and "Home Away" gave us professional and prompt service to find a house.After rental , they give excellent service and give quick response to any inquiries. I was very sceptical when I signed up to use "Home Away" because the costs involved left other rental agencies standing. The process was trouble free from start to finish. The helpful guides, reminders, prompts and signposting made for a smooth journey. You can’t go wrong using "Home Away". They far surpass my expectations. Our experience with the management team has been great since the beginning. Mr. Adithya and his team are very helpful and responsive and they are trying their very best to provide a great service

1st Jul 2022 (4 years ago)Fantastic and professional team! They are honestly the best agents in the area, I have such a great experience with them. They do care of the tenants, and they work so hard to solve any issues and to they make you feel like home. Since my initial enquiry, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and so welcoming. They are super approachable, and they communicate and deal with their customers in a friendly and professional manner from the start. The rent fees of their properties are also generously priced. First class service, cannot recommend them enough!
13th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I was impressed with Lianne's honesty initially and she managed to find a cash buyer for our property quickly. At the time we instructed her/Woodhead And Co, she promised a £500 refund off her fee if I left a video review of her company. I agreed to this. The sale of our property completed and for that I am grateful to Lianne. It was not an easy property to sell. After completion and several requests to make said video review, at first this seemed like it would be accommodated but then the company went cold and didn't honour an arranged meeting to make the video and then ignored my subsequent enquiries as to what had happened. Therefore I can not leave the positive review I had intended to leave before this final treatment of a discarded client.
