13th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Contacted Nicholas on their chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar 2026 to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. Update - did eventually hear from an apologetic Andrew Harwood who came over personally to appraise our home.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
3rd Sep 2019 (6 years ago)After going to multiple estate agents, we finally found luck with The Property Shop, Spoke to Lisel in there. Helped us out hugely with finding a flat suitable for us. Covered all our needs and any questions were soon answered, would highly recommend. Thanks for the help!

Le Grys created an attractive marketing campaign that really highlighted the strengths and unique features of the house the photos and overall presentation were excellent. They also managed the viewings with great care and efficiency, giving me clear feedback after each visit. I highly recommend them to everyone looking to sell à property.
26th Mar 2026 (23 days ago)I used Marcus Grimes to sell my flat in Cuckfield, the whole process was smooth, professional and very well communicated. I’d highly recommend their services. I dealt with Abbie mostly who was absolutely fantastic, was on the ball just as much as me! Which really is something! I want things don’t yesterday in terms of paperwork…. If you’re looking for an agent, I wouldn’t hesitate on using Marcus Grimes. They make the stress of selling up that little bit easier. Thanks Marcus, Abbie and team!!

Alex took over the handling once the property was being viewed and under offer and I am not sure I have the words to explain how amazing she is. During a very stressful time of my life she always went the extra mile. She was kind and understanding and helped make the selling of the family home about as easy as it could be. I will always remember her kindness. If you want an excellent professional service with a human touch there isn't anyone else that you should be talking to.
17th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)This review is specifically for the Tunbridge Wells branch. I had been a tenant for 11 years in one of their managed properties. If I could give more than 5 stars for the outstanding service given to me, I would. They (Vicky mostly)has assisted me with the smallest to the biggest issues a tenant may encounter. These range from:- 1. An entire boiler replacement being done in a few days of it braking down. 2. The swift removal of nuisance downstairs tenants who; against the wishes of the landlord, snook in a dog and allowed it's excrement to build up to biblical proportions in the shared garden. 3. When the glass shower partition randomly, for no reason, smashed into 1000000 pieces when I was naked and about to enter the shower. Within 24 hours of the report, a new partition was installed. Seriously, no matter how small or silly I thought an enquiry was with the property, Vicky always sent someone out to check within very good time. Vicky has been amazing with all my enquiries. I've had various pipes, switches and exterior issues checked over, all treated with the utmost professionalism. I have now purchased my flat from my landlord. David has been invaluable with his advice as an estate agent. I've been able to ring/email him about the sillyest of things and he always get back in very good time and is always warm. He's very sensitive to the inexperience of first time buyers and their questions. If you are a reliable tenant (good, on time rent payer) or a diligent landlord (as mine was) in the Tunbridge Wells area, I absolutely, highly recommend Martin & Co for their services. Very professional and excellent advice all through the process. Simon's recommendations for solicitors, removals and general contractors were invaluable. A very lovely group of people who really excel at what they do. Highly recommended!!!
