Awful! They never vetted the tenant they put into our property. He had no landlord references, he said he previosly had a mortgage, think he still had a mortgage. Up Estates criteria for checking tennants fell well short. He certainly could not and did not pay his rent. Don't use Up Estated.The staff are just good talkers and are actually really annoying. I would never use Up Estates and would certainly not recommend them. There are much better companies, you may pay a bit more, but it will be worth it. AVOID Up Estates!!... Read more
