11th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Actually very surprised with the service from wards having had a lot of issues with a previous agency I rented from, I had some draining issues with the property and the issue was sorted straight away. Any problems there on the ball and they are very on top of everything. From someone who thought these companies were all the same now I’ve seen both ends of the spectrum it’s definetly a huge difference and plus

Although we haven’t yet completed the full sales journey, I’m confident their professionalism and support will continue right through to the final sale and handover. They’ve been consistently helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with.

Richard and John have gone above and beyond doing things for me I never thought any estate agents would do. I highly recommend RH homes to anybody looking for a new home I will never use anywhere else again and will be sticking with these religiously If I could Rate more than a 5 star I would Thank you for your patience and hard work you’ve put in for me guys
20th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

28th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Awful! They never vetted the tenant they put into our property. He had no landlord references, he said he previosly had a mortgage, think he still had a mortgage. Up Estates criteria for checking tennants fell well short. He certainly could not and did not pay his rent. Don't use Up Estated.The staff are just good talkers and are actually really annoying. I would never use Up Estates and would certainly not recommend them. There are much better companies, you may pay a bit more, but it will be worth it. AVOID Up Estates!!

From agreeing for Nest Egg to sell the house on our behalf, their attention to detail was brilliant. They agreed to take a key and meet people who wanted to view the house.plus Many phone calls keeping us up to date with progress on the prospective purchases. Within 1 month the house was sold.<br><br>We would recommend Nest Egg to anyone who are thinking of selling their home

After over 40 years of living in the same property and this being only my third ever house move I needed an estate agent who would look after me, act promptly in my best interests and take away much of the worry and stress. Jowett and Stone have done all of this. Friendly and helpful at all times and very good on follow ups and progress chasing. In office hours , I found that there was always someone to answer my call and if they couldn't help there was usually someone who could assist, or I would receive a call back within good time. My property is now sold subject to contract and all has gone well so far.

Thank god I am not buying a house from this company,
