5th May 2021 (5 years ago)Excellent service from John Cottis - very professional and helpful. Complex probate sale.
28th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I had a fantastic experience with this letting agency, especially Sally and Brian.I was very anxious and insisted on moving into the property on time, but they were incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, and they even stayed overtime past their regular hours just to hand over my keys.Thank you so much to the team for doing their absolute best to help me! I highly recommend them.
15th May 2023 (3 years ago)From day one they were totally professional, nothing was too much trouble. Although the sale is not quite finalised yet, they have kept me informed as to the progress. I would recommend them to anyone.

22nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Poor surveying of completely straight boundaries by Guy Imray, no understanding of Land Registry plans due to no knowledge of encroachments. Viewed property then cuts off boundary wall completely (neighbours wall encroaches at front only)!
26th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I would recommend St George’s homes to anyone needing an estate agent - we had to sell a property in Rayleigh remotely and Darren and his team went over and above, recommending local services and going to the house for us - they were prompt responsive and super helpful throughout. .

19th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Professional initial chat and valuation. Great local knowledge and highest sell rate locally so chose them. Sold within a week. They recommended a solicitor, all very straightforward.

27th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Great agency. They take really good pics and also put an AI version of what the place may look like if decorated which really boost the sale. Really fast at communicating and fast at selling. So far I only had a positive experience with them
Stoneridge Estates - Frinton on Sea
Estate Office, 15 Connaught Avenue, Frinton-On-Sea, CO13 9PS(1 reviews)
23rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)We were very pleased that we chose Stoneridge (Frinton). At the outset, Kane was very positive and pro-active, resulting in a quick offer on our property. He was a great communicator, and this continued when Sally took over in her role as 'progressor'. She was often chasing different aspects of the sale, reporting back to us regularly and always responding to emails promptly. Thank you.
26th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Rob, Lauren and Tony were faultless throughout the process of selling my flat. Always available to call and extremely proactive. Thank you guys.

Bradley
