24th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)I had a disappointing experience dealing with this agency regarding a commercial unit at The Embassy in Waltham Cross. We entered into active negotiations, made a formal offer, and progressed discussions in good faith, only to be informed mid-process that the unit had already been let to someone else. This was done without any clear communication or opportunity to proceed, despite being in ongoing discussions. It reflects a lack of transparency and professionalism in how the process was handled. Following this, we were offered an alternative unit at a higher asking price, which did not reflect the condition of the space (shell condition requiring full fit-out). Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and not respectful of the time and effort invested during the negotiation process. I would advise others to proceed with caution.
25th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)They are one of worst agency of UK. They never perform duty on time . They put property online and then say it is not available now. They say they will correct things but never do. They keep asking more time but never perform anything . Very diplomatic
30th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Not good to rent through. May treat you better if making them money by selling through them
30th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)I cannot thank Yaxley Homes enough for their astounding service from start to finish. The whole team at Yaxley's were extremely attentive with ourselves throughout the sales process and took the stress out of our hands, while maintaining high proffessionalsm. With weekly updates, we always knew were we stood. If you are looking to sell your property, I would highly recommend them. You can put all of your trust into them and know that they will do their very best to keep you at their best interests. Thanks again Yaxley Homes, we will definitely be using you again in the future.

2nd Jul 2026 (18 weeks ago)Call this company and you will understand how incompetent they are. Trying to force you to register for properties they are not even the agent for.
23rd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I felt that I was in safe hands, Stuart was very reassuring and knowledgeable and helped me to sell me property very quickly.
29th Oct 2024 (2 years ago)Doesn't seem like they're interested in selling flats. Had to keep calling them for a viewing but seems like no one has the time to call back.
15th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)This is by far the best renting agency I have dealt with. From the initial viewing right through to moving out, the team was absolutely brilliant. They were always responsive, sorted any queries quickly, and handled all the documentation seamlessly. It is rare to find an agency that genuinely cares throughout the entire journey. I would definitely use them again! Highly recommend for all.
