22nd Jul 2022 (2 years ago)We were disappointed in the amount of interest they created. They do not seem to be proactive. We changed agents and saw an immediate upturn in interest, our property is now sold STC.

1st Jul 2024 (26 days ago)Great assistance from Miller Town and Country. The Agent who met me, was early for the viewing which worked well as I was early too. There was no pressure from them at all and highlighted the very positive aspects of the property. However, it was not quite for me. Nonetheless, the Agents took details of my requirements and sent through further properties for me to consider.

His personal and continuous engagement ensured a positive outcome and I would say it has been a pleasure to have his support and guidance as we have navigated what appeared, to the uninitiated, to be a really complex process. I would most strongly recommend him and thank you Chris.

10th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.
30th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Unfortunately despite two firm offers, both buyers pulled out. Nothing to do with the agents, but I feel they could have nutured them more. Otherwise all fine, reasonable charges, good attended viewings etc. Ideal if you have lots of acres, which I don't.

Knight Frank - Excellence with the highest possible professional standards of integrity, trust and genuine care delivered by their Exeter Office team– notably Florence, Racheal, Leonie, Rebecca. In fact, the whole team. They found us two suitable buyers within a week! Their conduct was exemplary in terms of communicating, empathy, reassuring and reality – an estate agency which genuinely understands the emotions and needs of people as well as the practical aspects of selling homes. They are second to none – ‘Knights to be trusted' - professional decent agents who can effectively secure a sale with the least amount of stress. Communicating and engaging throughout the whole conveyance - always there. Keeping us informed. Knight Frank Exeter has a brilliant business ethos balancing, with integrity, the buyers and sellers’ emotions and needs to their own business purpose. To them customers really do come first. We even received a hamper from them on exchange - it is us who should be giving them a hamper! Highly recommended – I just hope we can now buy from them! 31st May 2024 (8 weeks ago)We purchased our property through Fraser & Wheeler a couple of years ago, i can not fault F&W at all, it was our first time buying a property so it was all new to us and did not know what to expect, however F&W helped us every step of the way with nothing ever being an issue. Sharon showed us around the property and she made us with at ease with her very friendly approach, she never made us feel rushed etc and allowed us to have a good look around. Thank you to all at F&W - if we ever decide to sell , we would certainly use F&W again, without hesitation.

However their positive 'leave it to us attitude', while it achieved the positive result did mean that we weren't fully aware of how the sale was being handled and they needed reminding to progress the memorandum of sale.

22nd Apr 2024 (14 weeks ago)We were very pleased with the service we received from Alex Coates of Humberts whilst selling our house through them. If you are planning on selling your house and want a professional sevice from start to finish, I strongly suggest you use Humberts of Honiton. Better still, even if you have no immediate plans to sell, get in touch with Alex Coates and get to know him now, because when you do decide to sell, the whole process is far less stressful. That's what we did and and as the relationship was already established, any challenges that arose were dealt with in a much easier way thanks to Alex.
25th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)I have to say renting with Regents of Berkhamsted has been fantastic, they have been on point with everything they do and provided such a tenant like myself and my small family everything we needed. never a problem when anything broke down or needed fixing. I was with them since September 2012 and just recently moved back to London for work reasons and a marriage break up. Definitely living the dream as they say. Rental properties here go like hot cakes in Berkhamsted, so you are dead lucky to get one in such a prestigious Town like this. Well moving on I would like to say renting with Regents has been a pleasurable experience for me and I would like to say they are the best Estates Agents by far in the area. Thankyou to all the team there who have supported me for over a decade. ps. I know where I am coming back to buy in future when I reach retirement age, until then all the best!!

15th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)We could not recommend anyone else to sell our property and to purchase a new property from. After getting quotes and meeting different people from various estate agents we had no doubt in choosing Right at Home. My partner dealt with it mostly due to the nature of my work. However, from his feedback they were welcoming, relaxed, and they did not feel like your “typical sales people” they were not pushy compared to others. Once our property was put up for sale it took under a month to sale bearing in mind Christmas period was included within this time. Right at Home had mortgage advisors and solicitors that they recommended which we used and had no problems. This shows that Right at Home have the passion and rapport with what they do. We viewed a property that Right at Home were selling and Sarah was so friendly, knowledgeable about the property and was able to answer questions without hesitation. We even had a few giggles including me asking her not to use her skills with other viewers viewing the house, due to us falling in love with the property, and needed a mortgage in principle before putting an offer down. (We will never know if she used her selling skills on further viewings on the property as we managed to purchase the house that we wanted haha). Anyway, during the process of selling and buying the properties the ladies were with us every step making sure things were on track and everyone who were involved were all going in the same direction. They contacted solicitors to see where the process was at and kept us updated. Any questions or help that may have been needed were met. Emails and contact were answered within the same day and mostly within the same hour of sending an email. This allowed us to feel relaxed and knowing their fast response meant that they were on the ball with the process which made us confident with each step. The house sell and the one we purchased went very smoothly and Jo met us with our key, a welcome box, and a card. This was just a lovely little touch to our new adventure. The after care has been just as great in respect of making sure post does not get missed and getting it to previous owners. Thank you so much to all who dealt with us in selling and purchasing our perfect property to make new memories in. Incredible customer service, excellent people skills, amazing communication, great experience from start to finish. Definitely recommend to use for selling and purchasing a property.
