As first-time buyers we had no idea what we were doing, but she was incredibly kind, patient and reassuring. She showed us around the property three times and was always so friendly and accommodating.<br><br>Everyone we spoke to from Naomi J Ryan were absolutely fantastic and really helpful.

I’m asking people to be take care of any details while dealing with this agency!<br><br>They don’t support you with maintenance and once you finish the contract make sure to call them because they don’t give any support or leads to take an advantage on the tenant and let him extend some days with fees!<br><br>I finished my fixed contract with them and 2 days before I depart from Exeter I called to see what shall I do and they told me no you have to extend one more month! I told them no one emailed me and helped me regarding this and they were like you must pay!<br><br>We gave back the apartment clean and tidy and left the keys inside the same day they were having viewing for another tenant and we left the keys inside with them and they left it and emailed us 7 days later that we must pay 310£ one week rent because we didn’t give the keys to the office!<br><br>Also the cleaning fee even though the apartment is super clean they charged us big amounts im sure 80% of it is considered profit as well as their poor performance in maintenance and helping tenants to live in a comfortable place.<br><br>If you are forced to deal with them just focus on your rights and the contract especially.

30th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Rude and aggressive staff. Black mold everywhere and several basic utilities that don't work but they won't fix. Extortionate rent, constant inspections where they bully and harass you for things THEY haven't fixed. Unfair terms in the contract that could be challenged in court if all my money didn't go to rent. House falling apart. No sealing so house constantly letting in cold, heat, smoke, and bugs. Woodlouse, spiders, ants and slugs. Given over in a complete state. Nothing but rudeness and spitefulness from staff when I want to live in a home that won't kill me. Gor kicked out cuz the house is suddenly on sale. These people are the most vile, disrespectful people imaginable. Don't rent from them unless you want a migraine and don't mind living like a squatter. Didn't even get the deposit back after doing everyrhing they asked, being charged to repair things that were problems when I arrived, so obstensibly they are pocketing the money, not fixing the issue, and then continuing to steal money from tennants to "repair" issues that they never actually repair. Evil people, demons in suits. Avoid.

Luckily for me, Suzanne and Steve tried all their best, patience and professional to push for a better result until completion of my property. From the day the sale of my property was agreed with the buyer, Suzanne was on the case always keeping me updated with both our solicitors and the buyers solicitors. Whilst the process took very longer than expected she acted very patiently and I would say Suzanne an asset to Robert Williams Estate Agents. The sales team at Robert Williams are definitely very knowledgeable and experienced. Thank you! Highly recommend!

27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Very professional service. Questions and requests for information were dealt with quickly and efficiently by a knowledgable team. My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

They have now acted as selling agents, this took a bit longer than anticipated but Southgate agents have kept us informed and been helpful during the whole process.
23rd Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)After a very emotional 14 months of angst with Land Registry we finally completed our sale week. Throughout the whole process the Team at East of Exe, Jo, Tilly and Matt have supported us. Professional, knowledgeable,calm and efficient, we cannot recommend them highly enough.
