28th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I rented a property through these agents on a Management service to the hideous landlord who gained access into the property without my written permission and authorisation being a paying tenant. Their office is full of women who are two-faced and talk about members of the public behind their back.
20th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)Tom Smaley runs the Exmouth branch of Smarts and he is unusual in his approach, and that is a very, very good thing. He provides a more personal service to fewer sellers at a time as you only deal with him. And that makes communication very clear. So absolutely clear but non pressurising communication. He provides regular updates, and a calm un-pushy way of helping sellers in what is currently a difficult market. He conducts every viewing himself. He clearly has an excellent knowledge of the area and I’m extremely happy I have chose Smarts Exmouth. It’s a very different model of estate agents and I like it.
30th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)Unfortunately despite two firm offers, both buyers pulled out. Nothing to do with the agents, but I feel they could have nutured them more. Otherwise all fine, reasonable charges, good attended viewings etc. Ideal if you have lots of acres, which I don't.
2nd Feb 2024 (13 weeks ago)The best track record of any estate agent in the Budleigh Salterton area stems from being a well run owner managed business based in the centre of Budleigh itself.

15th Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)Terrible details and photographs, a child could do better. Office never open. Learnt after the property was sold that she never contacted the first people who had put in an offer to give them chance to come back with an increased offer. Website should have been a warning not to list with her as its appalling. Not sure how she is still trading!

6th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
