9th Nov 2024 (23 weeks ago)Really disappointing experience. Some of the viewers they sent were a total waste of time - clearly not interested in a property like ours. Communication was non existent unless we got in touch first. That includes when we were clearly not going to make the initial date for exchange. Only thing they managed to do without us telling them to was putting their final bill into our solicitor.

28th Sep 2024 (6 mo. ago)I don't think my property was in the right value bracket for Stags to make much effort. No offers and very few viewings. Main salesman very rarely returned calls. We had to make suggestions on how to market the property Stags not proactive

22nd Jan 2021 (4 years ago)Southgate originally acted as letting agents for our property - they are efficient, reliable and nothing was too much trouble. They have now acted as selling agents, this took a bit longer than anticipated but Southgate agents have kept us informed and been helpful during the whole process.

15th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Terrible details and photographs, a child could do better. Office never open. Learnt after the property was sold that she never contacted the first people who had put in an offer to give them chance to come back with an increased offer. Website should have been a warning not to list with her as its appalling. Not sure how she is still trading!

18th Jan 2025 (13 weeks ago)Very disappointed with Pattinsons. The initial valuation was too high and therefore did not generate any interest. I had to keep contacting them even though they said they would keep me posted. Very disappointing .

6th Sep 2022 (2 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
