9th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.

Loved the vibe in the Burford office and made a couple of hairy friends.<br>Seriously, the process was smooth, efficient, friendly yet professional, and it was a real pleasure to deal with Butler Sherborne, start to finish.
