The Oxfordshire Property Agent is an estate agent with a difference. We work with five new sellers a month, allowing us to offer a highly personal service to each client. We don’t tie clients into long contracts – all our listings are based on one month rolling contracts. Our commission rate is fixed at 0.75%, around half the UK average for traditional estate agents. We’re changing the way estate agents in Oxfordshire operate — one property at a time.

The Oxfordshire Property Agent group are lovely to work with; professionals through and through who do their absolute best to smooth the transaction process in what we all know to be a very strange and often difficult system!
As a recently arrived UK resident, the housing purchase and transaction process was quite literally foreign to me, and Neil was a star at making me feel comfortable with the process. His communication was always timely and responsive, and we felt cared for throughout our interactions even when anxiety kicked in surrounding issues with the onward chain that were out of our control.
As the process wore on due to the complications in the onward chain, the professionalism never wavered; indeed we were also fortunate to interact with Alan at times as both fought to get us to exchange.
Having finally gotten there - with great effort and coordination of many solicitors and other estate agents on Neil’s part - we cannot recommend working with The Oxfordshire Property Agents enough.

Had absolutely outstanding service from the Oxford Property Agent. They went above and beyond when showing us around their properties - great communication, detailed viewings, went out of their way to make timings work, and even gave us lifts + dropped us off in convenient locations. The whole experience was very personalised and it really felt like they were invested in finding a good match for us - 10/10 would recommend!

I am absolutely delighted with service provided by the Oxfordshire Property Agent and would like to highly recommend them. The service provided and value for money sticks out a mile compared to that available elsewhere.
Areas that were particularly noteworthy were :-
- the support with presenting the house for viewing
- the speed of response and availability
- the personal contact and involvement of the directors
- the support with the onward purchase

After nearly a year with 2 local agents and only one offer that was withdrawn, we asked Neil at OPA to help us sell our home. With the advice and help given by OPA, within 2 weeks we had 4 offers and sold above asking price. They are a breathe of fresh air in the property industry and we would recommend them very highly. Would have given 6 stars if we could.
