This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have little genuine interest in the buyer’s situation. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more trustworthy agency.

She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands.<br><br>The entire team were approachable, efficient, and genuinely committed to making the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Their communication and professionalism were excellent, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about providing the best possible service.<br><br>I would highly recommend Connells Northampton to anyone looking to buy. 7th Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)They used old photos which kept automatically changed hardly ever had shots of the house front even though these were old a drive by would question if this is same property in my opinion also late for viewing leaving client to wait outside I should have checked on the office location and not assumed this was corby who may have had more local knowledge no proofs were sent prior to marketing

From viewing the property I purchased, with Richard going out of his way to accommodate my unexpected arrival from out of area and dealing expertly with the viewing through to the ongoing support from Sam and Charlotte during a very stressful process for me, I have been beyond impressed. The personal contact, almost hand-holding by phone & email by Charlotte in particular made me feel valued. To have someone understand my personal traumas while going through this process, dealing sensitively with my tears and exasperation with my buyers, has been such a huge support. If I am selling at a later stage I shall without doubt use this agency. Second to none! Thank you so much guys!
