This agency gives the impression of being helpful and supportive, but in reality they are misleading, unresponsive, and only focused on their commission. They make promises they don’t keep and seem to have little genuine interest in the buyer’s situation. I would strongly advise others to stay away and choose a more trustworthy agency.

Put the for sale board up on the wrong house. We were disappointed with the whole experience Horts are by all accounts a good agent so I’m told. Maybe we were unlucky

We would highly recommend MG especially Jo and Tristan. They were extremely communicative and delivered on their promises.<br><br>My husband and I also bought through MG and the journey was almost seamless (hiccups with the buyers and their solicitors ??????) but MG always remained professional and in the loop.<br><br>??????????

Our success was due to their knowledge of the local market & giving us fantastic advice in relation to the pricing and marketing of our home.<br><br>During the whole process, communication was fantastic and we received regular updates at every stage.<br><br>We sat on the market for 12 weeks before moving to JG, and it was the best decision we made. We’d recommend them to anyone considering selling their home!
16th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)The first meeting I had was with Catherine to introduce Savills of Banbury to me and to value the property, then everything was pasted over to Francesca Moss. Francesca was so efficient and helpful and very uplifting. We laughed a great deal which made the whole experience of selling and buying no where near as stressful as it can be. I have moved and developed several houses, dealt with estate agents and never have I had this level of efficiency and fun as Francesca made this sale.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Any questions we had he was always there to answer.<br>He encouraged us to value our house at a better price than anyone else and got us 3 viewings in the first week, 2 of which offered the full asking price. We’d thoroughly recommend him. He’s also a thoroughly nice bloke to work with.
