Put the for sale board up on the wrong house. We were disappointed with the whole experience Horts are by all accounts a good agent so I’m told. Maybe we were unlucky

She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions promptly, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference and gave me complete confidence that I was in good hands.<br><br>The entire team were approachable, efficient, and genuinely committed to making the experience as easy and stress-free as possible. Their communication and professionalism were excellent, and it was clear that they genuinely cared about providing the best possible service.<br><br>I would highly recommend Connells Northampton to anyone looking to buy. We would highly recommend MG especially Jo and Tristan. They were extremely communicative and delivered on their promises.<br><br>My husband and I also bought through MG and the journey was almost seamless (hiccups with the buyers and their solicitors ??????) but MG always remained professional and in the loop.<br><br>??????????

Our application wasn’t straightforward and when the bank requested additional information before making their decision, Sarah worked tirelessly behind the scenes, keeping us updated every step of the way, responding incredibly quickly to every email and always reassuring us when things felt stressful. Thanks to her dedication and hard work, our mortgage was approved, and we honestly couldn’t be more grateful.<br><br>Both Megan and Sarah have gone above and beyond to make what could have been a very stressful experience feel so much more manageable. 7th Jul 2026 (12 weeks ago)They used old photos which kept automatically changed hardly ever had shots of the house front even though these were old a drive by would question if this is same property in my opinion also late for viewing leaving client to wait outside I should have checked on the office location and not assumed this was corby who may have had more local knowledge no proofs were sent prior to marketing

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

All the staff were incredibly helpful, but Ryan and Richard mainly looked after everything and ensured I successfully got the tenancy on the very first property I viewed with them. The whole process from start to me moving in took only a few weeks. They made everything smooth, fast, and stress-free when I needed it most. I cannot thank them enough for their support and highly recommend their fantastic team!
