They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell. 28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We brought our property through Sefftons and were highly impressed with Suzanne and Siobhan who we mostly had contact with.<br><br>We had an offer on a property which didn’t work out but straight away Suzanne found a similar property in the area we wanted which we were able to view.<br><br>Suzanne was friendly, diligent and promptly responded to emails and phone calls. She was able to support the vendor and us to ensure tasks were completed in a timely manner. She also supported us to visit the property when visiting the area, sometimes being flexible with little notice.<br><br>There was one issue arising from the surveyor and both Siobhan and Suzanne supported us and the vendor as needed.<br><br>We would highly recommend Sefftons estate agent and would like to thank Suzanne and Siobhan for supporting us so well.
