23rd Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Dealing with Street Estate Agents has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a letting agency. They increased the rent on my property without giving proper notice or any form of communication beforehand. I only found out after receiving a demand for a higher payment — no explanation, no warning, nothing. Their customer service is shockingly poor. Trying to get in touch with someone who will actually help you is near impossible. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are dodged, and when you do finally get through to someone, the staff are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. It feels like they simply don’t care about tenants at all. To top it all off, I was served an eviction notice shortly after raising concerns, again with little to no communication or explanation. It seems they have no interest in treating tenants with fairness or respect. If you value transparency, professionalism, and being treated like a human being, steer clear of Street Estate Agents. They are untrustworthy, uncommunicative, and have zero regard for their tenants.

She was absolutely fantastic and a pure blessing during the process. We undoubtably know that the reason for the sale and the subsequent purchase of our new house was because of all the hard work and efforts Debbie put in.<br>If you get her as your sales progressor then you are very lucky!<br>Thank you for everything Debbie, you were a shining star :)

Highly recommend Olivia - she knows her stuff and comes prepared and informed, took the time to answer our questions and even helped us book in an extra viewing - which we have now made an offer on! Great company

As a buyer I felt like he was on my side, which is rare. Kieran was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Ryan is professional, curious and a great sense of humour too! Totally recommend!
