We originally bought the flat through them years ago and didn’t hesitate to return when it came time to sell. The Parkheath team are responsive and supportive for both sellers and buyers, as well as being genuinely local. Selling a home can be stressful, but Sam & Jason made it feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. The wider team procured several viewings and offers on the flat and we’d happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in NW London.

Most importantly, he never wastes our time and has a great ability to understand exactly what we are looking for in a property. Throughout our experience, he has been extremely professional and clearly values his clients just as much as they value him. He is reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and very respectful. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a letting agent.
30th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)**Update: I have since submitted a formal complaint via Foxtons' website and contacted Head Office by email, but have not received any acknowledgment or response so far. I have also emailed the North Finchley branch directly and attempted to contact a manager, but have received no response. Very disappointing experience with Foxtons due to the handling of our tenancy application. We were seriously interested in a property and ready to proceed, but the process was handled in an extremely unprofessional way. There were constant delays in sending the tenancy agreement, poor communication throughout, and long periods with no replies despite repeated follow-ups. When the agreement finally arrived, we reviewed it promptly and raised reasonable questions. Instead of receiving clear updates or timely support, we were left waiting with no proper response. We were then suddenly told that the property had been taken by another agent. As a result of the poor communication and lack of professionalism, we lost a property we genuinely wanted. Very frustrating experience and far below the standard expected from a major agency.
20th May 2025 (11 mo. ago)We sold our property with great help from staff @ Winkworths Kingsbury , I liased with Lauren,Shilpa,&Kevin each one of them kept me up to date @all times, they were very professional nothing was too much trouble for them & they went that extra mile , also worked very closely with our solicitor whom was also excellent Manisha Gadhia @ Mills Chody ! I was delighted @ how quick hey found us a buyer .I would recommend them to anybody as we were very pleased & grateful! Thanks Breeda

Since the beginning, Eva has always been incredibly assuring, informative, plus she leads a brilliant team at Marsh & Parsons who has been able to take the stress off my shoulders, offer a high quality and efficient property management service. I would especially like to say a huge thanks to Scarlett Chadwick and cannot recommend her enough! Scarlett listened to my past experiences, understood the qualities of the flat, and did a fantastic job at matching the tenants, securing the tenancy and dealing with the entire process compliance & admin smoothly. Scarlett is incredibly diligent and is always quick to respond to issues, and was able to handle sensitive communications between different parties to maintain a positive experience.
