I cannot recommend the team at Goldschmidt & Howland Temple Fortune highly enough! After a completely failed, incredibly frustrating experience trying to sell my property with the nearby Foxtons—who brought plenty of empty promises but absolutely zero results—(hiring idiots!) switching to Goldschmidt was the best decision I made. I booked a viewing for one flat, but he came prepared and showed me two additional flats in the area that matched what I was looking for — real initiative that saved me a lot of time. When I mentioned we were also considering the Colindale area, he went above and beyond by connecting us with another agent who arranged viewings there too. That kind of coordination isn’t something you often get, and it made the whole flat-hunting process so much smoother. Samuel also guided us through the entire tenancy acquisition process from start to finish, including referencing and all the paperwork, making what can usually be a stressful process feel straightforward and stress-free.
