10th Aug 2020 (6 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.
14th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)Poor customer service when enquiry.
17th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Poor service, Lack of communication. Will not remove tenant from a house even though we have given plenty of notice. Will definitely not recommend if you want them to manage your house.
30th Nov 2016 (9 years ago)The agents were great, have kept us up to date with the progress. We picked them because they had a clear plan for selling the house and new the area we'll - we sold in 48hrs of being on the market for above the asking price and above what we thought we might get
17th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Just messaged Abbie from the property management team and although I suspected the query wouldn’t fall within her remit she still replied very quickly and gave me some really useful advice for which I was extremely grateful.
