However, on several occasions I had to contact them directly for updates on how things were proceeding, buyer feedback and much more. I believe that if you are paying for a service, I should not have to chase someone which I believe is unfair.- 17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)We couldn’t recommend Paul Graham highly enough. From the very beginning, the whole team were fantastic, professional, responsive and genuinely invested in getting our move over the line.<br><br>Like many house moves, ours wasn’t completely straightforward, and we had a particularly stressful moment late in the process when it looked like our sale might fall through. The team were absolutely brilliant. They acted incredibly quickly, kept communication moving between everyone and worked with us to find a way forward. Within days, everything was back on track and we were able to exchange and secure our new home.<br><br>What really stood out was that we always felt we had people on our side who genuinely cared about the outcome, rather than simply managing a transaction. Jane was fantastic at keeping everything progressing and communicating throughout, and the wider team were always there when we needed them.<br><br>We’re so grateful to the whole team at Paul Graham for helping us get there and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. 14th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)Approx 6 weeks ago I registered with 6 local estate agents, out of them all only Eren from Your Move Wallington branch communicated with me. She sent me details of two or three properties. She is enthusiastic and friendly and I thoroughly recommend her services to anyone who wants to be treated professionally and with respect.
3rd Aug 2026 (1 day ago)Deceptive estate agent. Went to view a property to rent, sent in my offer form to then be told the next day that the landlords personal circumstances had changed and they had to pull the property off the market. Came across the property in my enquires on a property website which is now showing the property as let agreed and is also showing this on the Usher's website. If you have to be deceptive like this when renting a property, I'm glad I didn't go with you.

From the moment she showed us around the property, she was friendly, approachable, and genuinely happy to help. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and made us feel comfortable throughout the viewing, never making us feel rushed.<br><br>What we appreciated most was how responsive and attentive she was. Whether it was an email or a phone call, Robbie always got back to us quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. 24th May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business

We had a couple agents over who were similar in values however, Dan saw the value in our home and came in with a much higher valuation in comparison to theirs. He backed it up by arranging a couple off-market viewings for us and subsequently, found us our buyers without the need to go online to market. The communication was excellent and Dan pushed the sale through in just over 5 weeks. We couldnt have done it without Dan and will always be grateful for his service when selling!
