And Cam’ron Griffiths did a wonderful job from the process of the viewing through the offer approval and referencing, always very helpful and supportive. I’m very happy with my experience with this agency.<br>I’m also very happy with the work of Aggie Duffin. From the start of the tenancy, she ensured everything was working properly and ready inside the house. She was professional, friendly and tireless to resolve the initial issues and ensure I would feel happy, comfortable and adapted to the property.

17th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Firstly I would like to mention, from the moment I walked into the office both the rental and sales team where really welcoming and very helpful.<br><br>I was selling my flat and I honestly can't fault the service I received. Communication in my opinion is super paramount and this was excellent throughout. They were helpful, always called me back, listened to me with my concerns and I never once felt ignored or left out on a limb. Shaira and Sian who where dealing with my sale from start to finish were an excellent team and made the whole process so much easier. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend 'Your Move, Wallington, Surrey. A big thank you to you both and keep up the good work.

From the moment we met the team, we felt confident that they would make it happen, and they absolutely delivered.<br><br>A special thank you to Arif, who has been outstanding throughout the entire process. He is incredibly professional, responsive and genuinely cares about his clients. Every message was answered promptly, every question was handled with patience, and it always felt as though he was selling his own property rather than ours.<br><br>What really sets Arif apart is that he goes far beyond what you would normally expect from an estate agent. He not only managed the sale professionally but also shared valuable advice and recommendations throughout the process, all of which proved to be incredibly helpful. 27th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)I’m a landlord and use Leaders for one of my properties. Never again! They’ve ‘managed’ my property for over a year and there has only been 1 maintenance issue, so hardly doing much for their money.<br><br>They’ve very sneakily tried to con me into agreeing to a so called ‘premium’ service mid way through the tenancy, which I’ve not asked for, and if I’d not read one of the many junk emails they send would have been enrolled into it by default.<br><br>I’ve emailed them twice confirming that I don’t wish to take part and the latest property ‘manager’ Carol (I think she’s the 4th in just over a year) hasn’t bothered to get back to me.<br><br>I’ve experience of many letting agents and these are the worst by far: constantly trying to hoodwink clients into extra costs. Well naturally I’ll not use them again.<br><br>I saw at the bottom of her email a link asking me to leave a review, so here it is. Hope it’s helpful.<br><br>PS. Please don’t respond to this review asking me to get in touch etc etc - just ask Carol to answer her emails please!

From the very beginning, she kept us informed at every stage with excellent communication, always responding promptly and making sure we understood what was happening.<br><br>Our conveyancing journey was far from straightforward, with several unexpected challenges along the way. Despite this, Tiarnae remained calm, professional and proactive throughout. She went above and beyond to keep the chain together, even holding it until exchange, which was instrumental in ensuring everything progressed successfully.<br><br>Her dedication and patience in providing an outstanding service made a stressful process much easier for us. Tiarnae is a real credit to the South Croydon branch and her professionalism and customer care deserve to be recognised.<br><br>We would highly recommend Tiarnae and Salal to anyone buying or selling a home. He was aware of our needs, there was no pressuring tactics like you might see in other letting agencies. Callum was empathetic to our needs and understanding of our timings and found the perfect place for our family. Would highly recommend!

Fleur's expertise set an accurate price and arranged for a beautiful brochure to be ready within 24 hours. Paula & Ceejay engaged clients that had serious interest in buying the property; they were punctual and highly professional managing all viewings. With perseverance, the right buyer came along and Ceejay was successful in negotiating the sale for the asking price, critical with the help-to-buy. Thereafter, Hunters ensured the agreed sale held tight to achieve a smooth completion. I cannot thank Fleur enough for her care overseeing the entire process. Special thanks to Ceejay! 30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
