29th Oct 2025 (1 year ago)they lied and charged us for all the marketing material then never used it. we got ZERO enquirers or viewings for over 4 months- then found the online information was WRONG. stating the home is a decade older
(i bought it NEW) and worth over £1 million LESS.
they refuted to change it, then after we terminated the contract they refuse to rerun the photos we paid for. we spent thousands of pounds and hundreds of hours prepping the house for photos, and paid over £2,000 in total for them.

on behalf of our mother with regular progress reports and liason with our buyer and the solicitors.
