As someone who bought a property through you, I just wanted to put on record how much I appreciated the service that you gave to the seller! Because you were superb.
Your relaxed and informal approach belies a fantastic professionalism. This combination really does create a uniqueness – you are great to work with, nothing ever seems too much trouble, you communicate, you call back when you say you will, you respond to emails, you are a perfect liaison between two parties in a very stressful situation. I really cannot compliment you enough.
On top of that, your knowledge of the Bampton area was what helped sell this property to us. The way you explained how the town had grown, the developments that had occurred over the years, far surpassed other agents who did not have that knowledge to share!
Damian and Amy, I look forward to popping in to collect the keys from you and thank you for making this journey so pleasant.
For anyone reading this who is considering buying or selling through Abbey Properties, I don’t think the experience can be much better. I come from a client service background and here, it is second to none.

Partner went to look at a property on Chetwynd mead, abbey phoned a few times during the day when she's working full time and also a mum of a young child so hadn't got around to responding. Amy left a voicemail extremely patronising & very rude. Saying things like "it's abbey properties calling AGAIN" & "we haven't heard back and that's extremely frustrating" I suggest you quit your job in a customer focused role and go into something more fitting if you feel the need to leave voicemails like this. Won't be recommending this estate agent to anyone. RUDE. No wonder you are struggling to sell the house.

Cote, Bampton, house sale
I live in London now, and there has been several thousand pounds worth of work required at the property all organised by Abbey, and performed by local tradesmen they recommended. The tradesmen worked to a good price and professional standard.
Damian and Rebecca have been especially helpful and assisted with the sale of the property, in every way possible.
