Hamptons in Haslemere offered an absolutely incredible service selling my mothers property from start to finish. They are not only professional, reliable and committed but offered a sensitive, human approach throughout the sale. I can honestly say we wouldn't have got the sale over the line without the huge commitment of Jason in what became a very complex sale. He held all the communications together throughout the sale, from the various estate agents, solicitors (and many extra others!) across the whole chain, always ahead of the game and never gave up or lost his human and caring approach. This is the fourth time we have used this branch of Hamptons, and even though the staff have changed, come and gone, this most recent team is outstandingly good. Professional, honest, frank when needed, positive, flexible and approachable.
Hamptons also has a superb administrative back up, both with their standard forms and paperwork, plus the mighty Cheryl who has the unenviable job of keeping the chain together and information flowing up and down as needed.

We have just exchanged on a sale that turned into nightmare of delays and confusion. The only people who were on the ball throughout were our team at Hamptons.
They sold our house almost instantly, but then became involved with resolving issues with the place we were buying—or more specifically the place our sellers were buying, where there was a boundary dispute with their neighbour. The process took six months from acceptance of offers. During this time Hamptons kept on the case, harrying solicitors and the other estate agents in the chain. There was no doubt that they assumed the principle role in keeping communications flowing from one end of the chain to the other—a role that the other parties involved singularly failed to perform. The Hamptons team remained unfailingly cooperative and communicative throughout—a true rock in a storm.
It's worth understanding that any old estate agent can sell your house—it's a largely mechanical process. But what Hamptons did in this case was push the process to completion—a service that I'm willing to bet not many consider when selecting an agent. And where that leaves people who go with an online service, then run into the sort of problems that this particular scenario has thrown up—well I guess they're on their own. I'm just so glad we went with Hamptons.

I bought a house through the Haslemere branch of Hamptons this summer. As is generally the case it wasn't straightforward, but the team at Hamptons were quite simply fantastic. They went above and beyond at every step and offered reassurance and practical help all the way through the process - even driving to Chichester to photocopy a piece of paper required by the solicitors when the solicitors wouldn't or couldn't do it!
I can't recommend the Hamptons Haslemere team highly enough and if I ever want to move again (doubtful as I adore my knew home), it will be them I go to!
