9th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. We were shown round the property by Amanda who was very helpful and was always at the end of the phone to help us with any questions, as we placed an offer which was accepted. We were very impressed with Amanda's professionalism, she always returned our call and happily communicated with both ourselves and the vendor. As did any other member of the team.<br>Considering we did not sell our property through them we found them much more helpful and professional than our own agents, always keeping us informed right up to the point of exchange when our own agent did not even contact us to let us know this was happening! I really ended up depending on Amanda to keep us up to date.<br>Needless to say I would thoroughly recommend Fry and Kent and would like to say a huge thank you!

Accessible, knowledgeable about the area and focused on getting the sale done, ably abbetted by a solicitor working closely with him and my own solicitor. Thinking about moving into the the area? I can commend this team wholeheartedly.

My case worker, Lisa, was exceptional from start to finish. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, patient, and always happy to explain everything in a way that I could understand. No question ever felt too small, and she always responded quickly, giving me complete confidence throughout the purchase.<br><br>What really stood out was the teamwork. Whenever someone was out of the office, my case never felt like it was put on hold. Maria and Anna (who are both also brilliant) would seamlessly step in, keeping everything moving and ensuring I was always kept informed. That level of communication and dedication made a huge difference.<br><br>I genuinely can't recommend Marina & Hampshire Life Homes highly enough. Buying a home can feel quite overwhelming, but this team made it exciting and an enjoyable experience. Poor at showing people around- I have cameras and heard a few remarks from the agent that were inaccurate and likely to put people off. Poor during initial conversation- making promises that were immediately broken about a house we loved that they were marketing. Also failed to carry out basic information gathering that we have later discovered is a legal requirement.
