Very disappointed! Whilst the general service was okay from an agent level, now that I’m awaiting the legitimate refund of holding deposit I’m simply being ghosted by senior management. The agent was kind enough to acknowledge and respond to emails initially with the promise that someone would be in contact. Zero response from the company management has been received almost 1 month later, despite numerous requests. They’ve simply left junior colleagues to respond with ambiguous statements. If they were challenging the repayment I would understand a response to that effect, it’s the lack of response that is most concerning.... Read more

At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.... I had the pleasure of dealing with Jon, Lee and Caitlin. All of who were fantastic, Jon in particular updated me pretty much every day whilst we tried to navigate a tricky purchase.
