Handled the sale of our property superbly well,despite our requirement that it could not be marketed fully until we had found the property we wished to buy. Not an easy brief but they followed it and we agreed sale of our house and purchase of our next house within 24 hours! When there was a last minute issue in the sale/purchase completion, Matt dealt with it with great skill and sensitivity. Simply the best!

Charlie who has recently joined the group is super and got me a suitable tenant very quickly. The team offers excellent support both to the tenant and landlord managing any issues promptly and efficiently. I have never seen a better service in the whole of UK . You feel like they treat everyone as they would their own family.

27th Oct 2021 (2 years ago)Shut two afternoons in a row with no notice, no info on website, just a handwritten sign in the door. Can't collect Amazon parcels, make PayPoint payments etc as a result. At least keep customers informed online and also inform Amazon so customers don't keep on trying to get items delivered there when the delivery driver can't gain access.

10th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I spoke to someone on the phone about renting an apartment in the Reading area and the person was pretty aggressive but I didn't let it affect me and tried to continue to talk. I mentioned someone else would be viewing it in my place as I'm pretty far away and have people closer to it than I am and for some reason that set off something in him. He started to pretty much shout at which point I asked to him to calm down and he continued to raise his voice to the point where I told him in British fashion to "go do one" and he put down the phone. Been searching for a property to move into for a little while and have found once since then but this was the only negative encounter with a estate company. Would not recommend working with them and In all honestly not surprised they are small

To this end I would just like to say that throughout the process Rowena was clear, concise and professional and helped me to successfully and smoothly navigate the usual issues faced during a property purchase. 14th Dec 2023 (20 weeks ago)Our warehouse lease process was assigned to Kempton Carr Croft property agent Luke Bennett. Completion took longer than anticipated, and it was down to a few required procedures from the landlord's side. During the delay, Luke is quite responsive and easy to reach out to. This communication gave us comfort to know where we are and continue to wait for completion. We are now settling in the new warehouse, and thanks to all the support we had from Luke.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
