First Saffron who helped me navigate your front door{!}, and then helped me with my enquiry, and also Dylan who helped answer some of my more detailed questions, as he had had experience with regard to these type of retirement properties. I will definitely recommend your estate agents to anyone I speak to. From start to finish, Lucas was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for and made sure to highlight all the key features of the property that matched my needs. What stood out most was how approachable and honest he was—there was no pressure at any point, just genuine guidance and helpful insights. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made the whole process feel relaxed and enjoyable rather than stressful. It’s clear that Lucas truly cares about his clients and takes pride in his work. I left the viewing feeling well-informed and confident, which is exactly what you want when making such an important decision. 24th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We can highly recommend Fine and Country Bishops Stortford. Our first initial contact was with Paula who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She put us at ease and we felt confident that our sale was in the right hands. Debbie was OUTSTANDING. In what became a complex, difficult sale, she worked tirelessly to resolve all the issues that emerged. She initially introduced our buyers, who had seen our property but weren’t sold on the garden size. She encouraged them to take a look and they fell in love with it. Her communication skills are excellent and she kept us informed every step of the way. I really think that without her relentless input we may have thrown in the towel. The last few days were very stressful with mortgage offers expiring, vendors going back on original agreements and short windows of time, however, Debbie came through for us, even whilst she was ill. Thankyou so much for your effort and hardwork!!!

Mark’s deep knowledge of both the properties and the local area was invaluable, and he always took the time to answer questions thoroughly and honestly. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to ensuring you feel informed and confident at every step. Overall, Geoffrey Matthew has been fantastic to work with, and I’m truly grateful for the level of care and professionalism they’ve shown. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Whilst it was a difficult move due to poor solicitors on all sides, Julian went above and beyond to help get things moving through-out the process. He's who you want on your side during such a stressful time. I wouldn't hesistate to recommend them. And thanks again for all the help!

This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and genuinely caring agency.

4th May 2026 (2 days ago)Positive review and a massive thank you to The Peter Cuffaro team for firstly reaching out to make me aware of a property I may be interested in - They were right on what they recommended. I met Joe at the property who was profesional and very down to earth just made the viewing very relaxed. Throughout the sale the whole team stepped in to help through any items - they were always reachable too, so if anybody was on annual leave, Ted, Ed and Peter too were all kept in the loop. Having had a bad buying experience with a previous estate agent, the difference in professional conduct by the whole Peter Cuffaro team was exceptional. Once again thank you to the team and especially Joe for getting the keys in to my hand on completion.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
