The communication has been excellent, Alex has been helpful, professional and responsive throughout the process. Tina who did the viewings also very helpful.<br><br>Although the purchase has not completed yet,I have appreciated their support and assistance so far and hope everything continues to go smoothly through to completion.<br><br>Would definitely recommend based on our experience to date....    We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Bridgefords Estate Agents!<br><br>We viewed a property last week and were met by Simon, who was extremely welcoming, hospitable and helpful from the moment we arrived. We absolutely loved the property and decided to proceed with the holding deposit.<br><br>Sophie then handled the next stage of the process and has been equally helpful, professional and efficient throughout. Today, we received confirmation that the property is officially ours to move into, and we honestly couldn’t be happier!<br><br>Having rented properties previously, we can honestly say we have never experienced a process that has been so quick, straightforward and stress-free.    I had mixed personal reviews prior to my contacting Dourish and Day but I will NOT using them to sell my property as I'm appalled at the "it's not my job" attitude. I will be contacting the estate agency that sold my parents bungalow as they were proactive and cheaper fees! They refused to let myself, or my property agency, know the date/times of Dourish and Day availability for a valuation so an appointment could be arranged with my tenant. They also refused to make ONE phone call and contact the tenant directly as Dourish and Day had misunderstood what my tenant had said upon initial contact. My agent informed me that they have tried making contact but are awaiting a response from Dourish and Day which Dourish and Day have denied. When I requested an update this is the response "We will not move forward until they call us with the tenants availability for us to attend as it is their responsibility to clear things with them."...
