We had a very bad experience with Connells, paid for professional photographers they were very poor front of our house shows Dustin as it was collection day,it could have been taken at a different angle spas not to show the bin. So on rightmove this was the first thing you see, the details were in correct after several complaints they were not rectified. We took photo of the front of our house. The on line video first photo of the front of our house was used again showing the dustbin. We pulled out before the 2 weeks, and went with another agent. But we do feel that the poor representation of our house reduced our chance of a sale. Would never use them again.

Lovely professional service. We dealt with a lovely lady named Jess who is so down to earth and so professional. Jess was so helpful and responsive. Moved in within a matter of weeks. Spoke to other members of staff as well and they also were very professional and very helpful.

A few weeks ago I got the train from London to view one of Connells properties in Staffordshire, and today I was blessed to wake up here in Stafford. I can definitely say that working with Jessica made the experience of sourcing the new location an absolute breeze. Everything was handled in a super professional manner. I had a thousand questions, and Jessica was kind, patient, and understanding, knowing that selecting a property and navigating the required documentation could be stressful for Me. The Online Portal that was provided to upload the documents was also super easy to use. One minute I’m viewing the property and the next thing you know, I’ve got the keys. Yahoo!!!

I used Sharman Quinney Whittlesey to view a few house and they couldn’t have made it more easier. Megan West and Lucy Woods was so helpful in finding me what I wanted.
