1st Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

As a landlord, I find their communication is excellent, they regularly update us, guide us through the process of having tenants, and help to resolve any issues. We feel reassured knowing they are experts in this area

14th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)The process was long and I had to keep asking what was happening During the viewing, we received no feedback until I called them. No communication in between and no work done to try and sell the property. The photos of the house were poor .

28th Nov 2024 (25 weeks ago)Just finished a tenancy, which was almost 5 years. They were great from start to finish. Moving in was smooth, quick to respond to queries. Repairs were always done timely with no issues. They were also flexible with my moving out date and I even got my bond back! 26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

3rd Apr 2025 (7 weeks ago)Well what can i say other than "Brilliant customer service & immensely helpful team they made me feel totally at ease selling our home & buying our forever bungalow. I originally got 3 valuations & by far picked the best estate agents in Graig & Lee. I was nervous on the viewing day but Lee was absolutely amazing from start to finish & was pleasure to have him in my home for the 2 days it took to sell my property. Thousand per cent would highly recommend Lovelle in Cottingham, go with these guy's & you'll be just fine. Kayleigh did my valuation & she's lovely lady professional yet very very easy to chat to & Pearl cant help you enough when you don't understand certain things. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou to each & every one of you.

1st Jun 2022 (2 years ago)I have made a big investment with Alesco and they absolutely let me down. They provided very poor investment advice which resulted in a big financial loss. I doubt if I ever get my money back. Additionally, some 30 investors that were invested in the same investment had big financial loss as well. The business model of Alesco is based on very aggressive marketing. They put much pressure on you to buy, and the only thing they care about is sales at the expense of the investor. They are immoral and do not care about you and your hard earned money. I have been trying to reach out and talk to them but they avoid and lie to me systematically. I left another review in the past which was positive, but it was very early on and before I realised what is going on and lost my money. Never invest with Alesco.

31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could
