1st Aug 2024 (1 year ago)As a prospective buyer, I have found the staff at HPS to be extremely helpful. In my opinion they are managing their sales in a timely manner from the point of the For Sale board being erected to then being able to view a property straight away, there was no delay between the point of it being advertised ...with the board and internet. In my opinion this demonstrates their efficiency and is the reason why I would recommend them.

15th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Ellie Walker showed us around. Throughout the viewing she was the perfect combination of professional yet engaging and friendly. We are not local to the area and Ellie was able to answer all our questions about the town and was an excellent ambassador for Beverley.

They are always prompt, professional, and proactive when it comes to addressing any needs or repairs at the residence. Communication has been clear and efficient, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly. Their reliability and supportive approach make them a very dependable letting agency to work with. I would highly recommend their services.

From the initial onset through to the completion and even beyond the communication, attention to detail and professionalism was exemplary. A particular shout out to Liz Redfern who was outstanding. Liz kept the communication flow open throughout the buying process and was amazing to work with. Liz was an absolute star, taking a lot of pain away from the buying process with professionalism, humour and urgency. Thanks Stanifords and thanks in particular to Liz. We will be forever grateful for your help.

They made everything smooth and stress-free, and were always available to answer my questions. I really appreciate their transparency and support, and I felt well taken care of as a tenant. 6th Oct 2025 (6 mo. ago)Belvoir don’t seem to be flexible in terms of their viewing windows in my opinion. From my experience today, they expect potential buyers to work around them . I requested a viewing at a flat on Lowgate, to basically be told their that their property agent didn’t want the hassle of accommodating me. The manager then proceeded to tell me that they had lots of other viewings at the property, almost insinuating that they can afford to pick and choose bits of business here and there. As a vendor, I definitely wouldn’t be happy with this company!s sales approach. Especially given that I confirmed that I would be in a position to purchase immediately with no chain involved!

When we were viewing a house the estate agents were getting very personal and belittling my friend who I was buying the house with behind their back. I would NOT go with them again due to their disrespectfulness and unkind attitude. The only helpful person on that entire team was Abbie who really helped us with buying the house and was very kind throughout the whole process.

Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

I tried many times to communicate with them regarding renting a flat, but because my English isn't perfect, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. I hope they improve their customer service and learn to be more inclusive
