Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

She was always polite, courteous and very professional, always willing to help, and gave us regular communication throughout the purchase, which we very much appreciated. She's so friendly and we'd love to stay in touch and update her on what we do with the house updates.

Especially impressed by the quality of the viewings where are assigned viewing agent knew our property in and out, and was able to guage interest extremely effecitvely

The communication was awful, even after asking for someone to contact me to discuss matters my requests were ignored. When I decided to leave, no one bothered to ask me why. Strange behaviour for a high street agency.

Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.- 14th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I send an enquiry about a property and no reply and then they didn't want to help me so I said today I said DSS no reply or Nothing this is pure blank discrimination book of someone is autistic I think for enquiries and not even got back to me because I'm autistic and didn't want to help me find a house in York is fine by me this will go to a civil clean
29th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)We recently purchased our new house through Cundalls, and the service we received was fantastic from start to finish.<br><br>The whole team worked so hard to help get our purchase over the line, especially at the last minute when things became more stressful. Their persistence, chasing everyone involved, made all the difference.<br><br>They were also incredibly flexible in allowing us to view the property when needed, and their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Rachel and Georgie and Caroline, who truly went above and beyond for us. They were always helpful, responsive, and kept us updated every step of the way. We can't thank them enough for everything they did to make our purchase happen.<br><br>We would highly recommend Cundalls to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you again!

The level of care, communication and personal service was outstanding throughout the whole process.<br><br>We dealt mainly with Ashleigh and Scott, but every single member of the team was fantastic. Nothing was ever too much trouble. They really listened to what we wanted and were incredibly accommodating. With two young children, we asked if viewings could be kept to just one day a week, and they completely respected our wishes without any issues.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Ashleigh. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She is so warm, bubbly and approachable, but also incredibly knowledgeable and professional. No question was ever too much, and her advice and reassurance throughout the whole process were invaluable.
