20th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)I first met Marc in 2004 when I bought my first property in the area, and since then I’ve bought, sold and let properties with him and the team.<br><br>The fact that Marc is still my go-to for anything property-related speaks volumes about how much I value his expertise, professionalism and knowledge of the market.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marc and his team, and I do so frequently!

Communication has been excellent throughout. We were also buying through Savills and very happy to have secured our first choice of property.

However Alex Barton at Strutt and Parker Newbury exceeded our expectations with his calm, extremely professional and level headed approach. Alex’s knowledge of the market and the local area is second to non, and he was always on the other end of the phone be it for reassurance or updates on viewings etc. I really felt as though our hand was held throughout the process and nothing was ever a problem and always delivered with a smile! The marketing of our home was exceptional both from Newbury as well as Head Office. It really was a pleasure selling our home through S&P and I would highly recommend Alex to anybody needing to sell their own most cherished treasure. Thank you S&P!

We purchased a house and sold a house through them on 2 separate occasions and our experience couldn’t have been better. Richard is one hell of a salesman, the receptionists are always on the ball whenever we phoned in and Fraser is an absolute saint. His work progressing the sale and purchase was constant; chasing solicitors, chasing buyers and always offering advice when needed. Would recommend massively.

Alex was fantastic in helping us achieve a sale, while Richard helped us find our new home, which we’re absolutely delighted with.<br><br>We listed our house just before the weekend and had two potential buyers by the following week.
