We encountered them when buying a house a few years ago and were impressed at their fairness in handling the buyer/seller balance. Hence tje decision to use them when selling. This last transaction fell at a difficult time and had some complications but they showed patience, persistence, courtesy and even humour. In brief, we trust them.

18th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)DO NOT USE FOR PLANNING - made up invoices and time spent , charged two hours work for a document that has a read time of just 4 minutes . Everyone around here advised not to use WBW Surveyors as they have a habit of leaving the meter running!

However, if you have an understanding and diligent agent you will find the stress of selling will ease a considerable amount. I am grateful to GetAgent for putting me in touch with Yourmove in Keighley. Yourmove provided an exceptional service, I was kept informed of updates and a buyer was secured in good time. 26th May 2022 (1 year ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. Still have property, ceiling is falling in in kitchen, taps don't work, damp in house, told landlord over and over and over again and nothing is getting done. So taking the matter further now as Jigsaw and the house landlord are showing they ain't interested in how it's effective on my health or wellbeing. Solicitor and newspapers are next step.

Typical cowboy sales techniques which back up the awful reputation estate agents already have. Avoid if possible. Horrendous experience.

28th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)I recently sold a property through Righthaus. I had 3 prospective buyers 2 of which did not go through for different reasons. They got a good amount of viewings unlike another local estate agent who hardly got any viewings for the same property. It sold for just under the valuation price but a good price never the less. Thank you to Amanpreet for keeping on top of things & keeping me up to date with the progress of the sale and for doing a sterling job! I would recommend Righthaus to anyone wanting to sell or buy & would use them again if needed.
30th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Really pleased with Bettermove, they sold my tenanted property to an investor within 10 days of listing it. Everything they promised they delivered on. Great communictaion and nice to speak to someone outside of office hours too. 5 stars!!
13th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)Very unprofessional. Simon advertised a company(bar/nightclub) for sale as "confidential" to which i called and book an appointment. Turns out the club they were advertising is NOT the nightclub they told me over the phone. I have spoken to the owners of the club which told me its not for sale......Once i mentioned this i have received no reply. Feels very much like a "bait and switch" which in UK is completely illegal, reported to ASA for false advertising.

29th Apr 2024 (6 days ago)I had a viewing booked to view a property at 9:15am. I attended on time. At 9:17am I received a text saying that my viewing has been cancelled. I called the office then several times and despite being after opening time, no answer.
20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)Would highly recommend Wildfell, especially for first time renters! Sophie made the whole process a lot less nerving, she helped me from beginning to end and focused on exactly what i required! I am so happy with the result. Would definitely use again!
