Received a call back 4 hours later with a half hearted apology 'as the man doing the valuation was in London today'... Very frustrating as had booked off of work, would not use again.

We purchased a house and sold a house through them on 2 separate occasions and our experience couldn’t have been better. Richard is one hell of a salesman, the receptionists are always on the ball whenever we phoned in and Fraser is an absolute saint. His work progressing the sale and purchase was constant; chasing solicitors, chasing buyers and always offering advice when needed. Would recommend massively.

10th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home
