26th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)If the care that they take with their business is anything like the care they take when driving in their cars, absolutely wouldn't recommend. This evening I had a Jenkins Estate Agents car try to perform a dangerous undertake as two lanes merged and squeeze in in front of me, behind the car I had already given way to. The driver then aggressively used their horn and proceeded to tailgate me. At the next junction the driver used the right hand lane (indicated for right turns only) to illegally go straight ahead in an attempt to cut in front of me. I wouldn't use a company whose representatives are aggressive, inconsiderate and dangerous. I can only imagine this is indicative of the service you can expect from this company.
13th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)I had an awful experience using this connells branch at kingsthorpe no communication very rude i accepted an offer on june the 3rd 8 weeks later it turns out the buyer had not even been ID verified even though i was told different.If you want to sell your property avoid at all costs

Gemma, Charlie and Eddie deserve medals… or at the very least a very large bottle of something bubbly! ??????<br><br>They sold my house in what felt like the blink of an eye, and somehow managed to make the whole process almost enjoyable (yes, really… selling a house and stress-free in the same sentence!).<br><br>I was kept informed every step of the way, nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. Their communication was spot on, their professionalism was second to none, and they even managed to stop me turning into a nervous wreck!<br><br>If you’re thinking of selling your home, save yourself the sleepless nights and give Gemma, Charlie and Eddie a call. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Absolutely brilliant from start to finish—five stars just doesn’t seem enough! ?????

The staff were approachable and took the time to deal with everything carefully rather than rushing through the process. I found their communication clear and their overall approach professional. It was reassuring to have a team that seemed genuinely focused on making things easier for their clients.
