19th May 2025 (1 year ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

Natalie’s photographs are outstanding and show everything to its very best advantage, a true professional. Our sale and purchase was an ongoing saga for 20months and throughout this period Rob was patient, professional, informative and extremely helpful. His communication was first class and always prompt and informative. We couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Rob - we finally made it!
7th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)They used old photos which kept automatically changed hardly ever had shots of the house front even though these were old a drive by would question if this is same property in my opinion also late for viewing leaving client to wait outside I should have checked on the office location and not assumed this was corby who may have had more local knowledge no proofs were sent prior to marketing

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Although we did not end up completing due to extenuating circumstances I cannot fault Jackson Grundy. They treated our house with respect and were able to secure offers extremely quickly after going on market and the care throughout the process was faultless. Teresa was a joy to work with - she did all the viewings and then took on sale progressor role which is not for the faint hearted it turns out! She kept us updated regularly and was able to provide expert guidance when our chain started to get complicated. I can’t recommend Jackson Grundy enough and Teresa in particular is worth her weight in gold. Thank you for everything, Teresa - here is hoping our next chain (whenever that may be) will be a successful one!

Nothing was too much bother for him. On a daily basis he updated me with the progress of the sale.<br><br>His guidance and support were invaluable to me. He was never too busy to answer my questions - no matter how small. Placing my property on the market was an incredibly difficult thing for me to do, but he gave me the confidence to follow it through.<br><br>Not only is Omar a thoroughly likeable person, but he is also extremely kind, patient and honest. I have nothing but praise for him – he went above and beyond to help me sell my property.<br><br>Omar is the best!<br>Thank you!

31st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have had a very disappointing experience with this property and the managing agency. We moved in four months ago, and the property was not properly cleaned at all. From the first day, there were multiple issues, including a severely backing-up toilet and no consistent hot water. We reported these problems immediately, but they were not properly resolved. The toilet issue was even noted in the inventory, but we initially assumed it was a minor scaling problem. Within a couple of days, it became clear that it was a serious fault. At the same time, we have never had reliable hot water since moving in. After three months of ongoing issues, we informed the agency that we would escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and consider moving out legally. Instead of addressing the problem, they blamed us for “overusing” hot water, which makes no sense given that we have not even had consistent access to it. After each engineer visit, we were told that reports would be shared, yet the agency repeatedly claimed there was no issue with the system. During the most recent visit, I recorded video evidence where the engineer clearly confirmed that the system is faulty and not working properly. Despite this, the agency still emailed us stating that there is no problem. We are paying full rent while not receiving basic necessities such as proper sanitation and hot water. We have solid evidence, including videos and records of communication. Tenants should be very cautious when dealing with this agency and their associated parties, including Ashby Lowery.
