25th Feb 2026 (16 weeks ago)i put a offer in to ideal properties for cash buyer and the estate agent was extremely rude . said things like don't waste your time viewing if your not going to give 105 000 . he didn't put the offer through properly and was to be honest not professional at all . terrible experience and was demeaning man . terrible tone of voice and non negotiable words . this has made me reluctant to deal with your company in the future and i am a investor. thank you

31st Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.

Any time I’ve needed anything, they’ve come back to me quickly with clear communication and no delays. On the very rare occasion there’s been an issue with the property, it’s been dealt with immediately and without any hassle, which makes such a difference when renting. Everything has been handled smoothly and reliably. I genuinely can’t fault them. It’s been an stress-free experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
