Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)We had such a great experience with Ewemove Leighton Buzzard!<br>From the beginning, we were impressed that they’d don their research and presented it in a nice, easily digestible booklet for us to read. They came and took some very professional looking pictures of our house and we were on the market within 5 days of the initial meeting. Communication was fantastic with regular feedback on viewings and the team were always reachable if we had a question or were after some advice. All of their hard work resulted in a sale (STC) in just 18 days!<br>We can’t thank the team from Ewemove Leighton Buzzard enough and would highly recommend to anybody looking to sell in the area!

Their price for handling the sale was very competitive and the service was professional from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress of the sale and information provided was always very clear and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Michael Sibley was outstanding in his dealings with us and achieved a great result! We also received a cheque for £200 on completion.

From the vet first conversation to the finish, he made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless.<br>Matthew’s communication was genuinely second to none. He was incredibly responsive, kept us updated after every viewing and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

R & H were brilliant in advising very precisely on price, which they got just right, and explaining the process. Their brochure was good. They sold the property for us pre-auction, at above the reserve. They were professional throughout and what was most important, always kept us in touch.

4th Oct 2026 (29 days ago)This was a terrible experience. I was promised it all and receive nothing. I was told there will be bespoke marketing but I just got a right move and Zoopla add and one social media post. No video even though we suggested it. When the property went on Rightmove there was a “glitch” and the exterior photos were not showing. Nor the floor plan or sizes. After almost a week this got fixed. But the ad wasn’t reset. In less than 2 weeks we were recommended to reduce the price based on a property that sold 2 years ago which was over 1,000 sqf smaller. I was told the agreement was 12 weeks but he had noted 20 weeks and never left me a copy of the agreement. When I gave notice suddenly we had interested parties. I had a toddler and 2 indoor cats and 5,000 sqf to tidy up but he always gave me less than 24hrs notice. Communication was almost like non existence. We would have paid him around 26k yet we had an office number and email to communicate with him. Emails took days office number almost never replied. He was always negative about everything. He then bought on a colleague who was a little more active but still the whole experience was stressful and just dragged. We switched agents and even before the ad went live we had a viewing. Definitely not one I will recommend.
