Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

From day dot you were amazing you helped throughout the horrific journey we had with our first time buying a property. You made everything so smooth and helped when you really didn’t have to but that help meant so much to us! We wish we went with Brown and Merry for our purchase but unfortunately the house we wanted was through another agent but I could tell you for sure we would of never had the experience we did from the other agent if we went with Brown and Merry as everyone there at the Leighton branch is just wonderful. But Luke especially who was our broker went over and beyond and we cannot thank him enough. Luke we hope you see this and realise how much you helped and supported us. If anyone is ever thinking of choosing Luke this is your reason why. Luke thank you for being you and being so amazing at what you do. Thanks again Will & Bex

3rd Apr 2026 (11 weeks ago)We instructed Deacon White in Dunstable as we purchased the house through them a few years previously all your and was impressed with the way the transaction was handled. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. Thank you for all you have done Ray and Leigh

Their price for handling the sale was very competitive and the service was professional from start to finish. We were updated regularly on the progress of the sale and information provided was always very clear and realistic. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area. Michael Sibley was outstanding in his dealings with us and achieved a great result! However, Chase and his colleague Erien have gone above and beyond for us to support and help with any questions we may have had! With their quick responses and in depth searches for the best deals i can’t fault them! Erien has worked around the clock to get us the best rates for our mortgage! I don’t know what we would have done without them!

From the start of our journey, the communication has been consistently great. We had a group chat set up which made it really easy to keep in touch. It has felt like we are communicating with friends. The marketing of the property has also been top notch. Matthew and Adam have both been extremely knowledgeable and given us great guidance through this whole process and we are really thankful to both of them and the team at Lion Estates. We have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
