10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.

27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The worst estate agents imaginable!!! Very unprofessional, no communication what so ever and been an absolute nightmare!!! Tennants keep phoning with queries as they can never get hold of anyone at the agency!!! No clarity with with payments and blaming everyone and everything bar themselves!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM GOR LETTING!!!!
