10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.
25th Apr 2026 (4 days ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.

24th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)I viewed a property with them, it was sold stc the following day, despite me saying I'd offer the full asking price and they didn't even have the decency to let me know because 'they didn't have time'. They had enough time to update their website and rightmove though, strangely enough. Appalled with their professionalism.
27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The worst estate agents imaginable!!! Very unprofessional, no communication what so ever and been an absolute nightmare!!! Tennants keep phoning with queries as they can never get hold of anyone at the agency!!! No clarity with with payments and blaming everyone and everything bar themselves!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM GOR LETTING!!!!

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
