19th Oct 2023 (1 year ago)I was interested in viewing a property . E mailed twice and 2 phone calls . I did receive a call back eventually confirming a viewing . I phoned back to confirm it and the staff member couldn’t remember phoning me . I fixed a date for the viewing inc time of work . The staff meme nee said she would confirm it by e mail. Never did . I had to chase with the response it has been sold . Very poor communication , very confusing business and did not show interest in the purchaser only too happy to tell you it had been sold ( even before I had a viewing )

22nd Dec 2024 (13 weeks ago)Highly recommend Shauna's services at Melissa Berry, she was helpful and went above and beyond for us. Shauna came to view our house several years ago, although we changed our mind about selling at the time we were so impressed with her attitude and expertise we tracked her down at Melissa Berry! Shauna communicated brilliantly and we were always in the loop, she was proactive and responsive with updates. We accepted an offer within 2 weeks. We loved that she gave us lots of tips and advice on selling our home, something we hadn't found in other agents in Prestwich. Shauna also recommended a local removal company 'we move it a2b' who did a great job and were able to help last minute.
12th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)I worked alongside PJB on a recent house purchase. They were very helpful throughout the process. Communication was solid and they weren't afraid to pick up the phone and talk things through. Many businesses nowadays rely solely on emails, but PJB were often picking up the phone for ease which allowed two way communications and reduce email traffic where email traffic is already high between multiple estate agents and solicitors. As I now live in Abergele, I'd happily consider them for future sales / purchases of properties. Kudos to Tom for always responding same day to all comms sent in the morning.

2nd Mar 2025 (21 days ago)This is the first time I have sold a house and I can really say that Taylors estate agents in Brierley Hill have been fantastic. The valuation was spot on and they certainly know what is going on in the sales market. They did the viewings for me and I was informed who was viewing and when, they always contacted me the day after the viewing with feedback. I would recommend them as I think they give a great service and are value for money.
26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

19th Apr 2024 (11 mo. ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

12th Mar 2025 (11 days ago)My review on simply Estates especially the Rhuddlan branch is that they are rude, unorganised and unprofessional. Down to there emails no hello, good morning/afternoon, no kind regards nothing just a bluntly rude aggressive email. When popping into their office on several occasions there is no greeting they ignore you for 5 minutes - this has happened on 3 occasions. We moved out end of January and they withheld our deposit saying there was damage re decoration needed and a final clean. We left the property in better condition then when we had moved in. Throughout our rental the communication was poor we were left with extreme black mould - which they ignored when we had a newborn living with us. (4 church street Rhuddlan will still have this mould) my poor baby had chest infection after chest infection until we moved and now he hasn’t had a single one so the mould was of course the problem (apologies to the tenants that have moved in you will more than likely suffer with illness) oh also to add there’s rats in the ceiling from the tenant next doors attic which they refused to do anything about, they put rat killer up there and it did nothing. The landlord was actually lovely it was the estate agents that were so awful. I felt uncomfortable living there knowing they managed the property. I find they are aggressive in speaking and just rude thinking they are above everyone. I would never recommend this estate agents to my worst enemy. Stay clear at all costs. I think the young girls who work there need more training in professionalism and how to deal with clients face to face and also over email or calls. Not equipped to deal with anything. Absolutely atrocious customer service.

His knowledge of the selling area along side his marketing skills were instrumental in selling the property for us. The pictures and description were professional. Communication was great, throughout the selling process they kept us informed. Thank you to Pete and Teri and the rest of the team at Enfys

Moore Homes marketed the whole property and the flats individually, quickly finding a buyer for the whole property. The sales staff were knowledgeable and informed all parties of the progress being made through to completion. We would have no hesitation in recommending Moore Homes either to market your property or to purchase through.
